In Heaper, every file is a block with rich text notes. Add context to pictures. Attach deadlines, meeting notes, who sent it. Add journal entries to travel photos. Annotate PDFs with research notes. Track changes between versions, no more presentation_final_final.pptx.

Links are the new folders
Heaper replaces folders with links. Tag links act as types or categories (browse them like folders). Mention links are references between ideas (bidirectional backlinks). You can browse by tag like a folder - but things can live in multiple places at once. It's how your mind actually works.
Build structure as you go
Don't plan categories upfront. Just add files and notes.
Link things when you see patterns. Check your "unlinked" view. Connect what matters.
