Refund and Dispute Policy

1. Subscription Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. Cancellations will stop future billing but will not provide a refund for the remaining days within the active month.
• Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions automatically renew each year unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, provided there has been no substantial use of the service. After 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable, but cancellation will stop the next year's billing.

2. Self-Hosted (One-Time Payment) Refund Policy

• The one-time payment grants access to the self-hosted version of our software, which users install and manage on their own servers. Since this version is fully accessible and downloadable upon purchase, all sales for the self-hosted version are final and non-refundable.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

• We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues directly.
• If a chargeback or dispute is filed, any active subscription and access to the service may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of the account, and access to both online and self-hosted versions will be revoked.
